- Payment Terms
- Minimum opening order on Furniture for dealers is $4,000.00 and minimum re-order is $2,000.00.
First time orders are shipped Prepay with Visa, MasterCard, check. Checks received for payment on new accounts, must clear the bank before we will release shipment. Credit Terms are available to established customers with approved credit rating. Credit Terms are not available to Buyers outside the United States.
- Pricing
- All of our products/prices are F.O.B. Santa Fe Springs, CA or High Point, NC, per Andes International, Inc. All Prices are subject to change without notice. All products are subject to be modified or discontinued without notice to Buyer.
- Product
- Since materials and methods are constantly being developed, which will result in an improved product, we reserve the right to modify their applications without notice.
- Each piece of Andes fine furniture is finished by hand involving many different steps. Woods have grain and color variations due to the growth pattern of each tree. The result is a beautiful and unique piece. Due to these wood variations, finishes on individual pieces ordered at different times are not guaranteed to match.
- Custom Designs
- A 50% deposit is required for all custom orders. We cannot accept cancellations after your order has been placed into production
- Cancellations
- Cancellations or changes must be confirmed in writing. We cannot accept cancellations after your order has been placed into production. All cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Backorders
- Backorders will be shipped automatically when available, unless cancelled in writing by the Buyer. Please note that ALL additions, changes, and/or cancellations must be in writing for any pending order.
- Damage Claims
- The customer is responsible for filing any damage claims with the trucking company. All packages and pallets must be inspected at the time of delivery. Damaged items must be noted and described on the delivery receipt. All damage claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Andes will not honor claims after this period. Claims must be submitted in writing and pictures of each item claimed will be required. Customer must claim freight damage with Freight Company directly.
- If a manufacturer defect is found, we reserve the right to decide the proper solution, whether it be: replacement, repair, credit, or refund.
